So many amazing finds here! Have been a regular at H-Town Rags for a few years now and love how unique their items are.

Good selection for men too as have purchased quite a lot for my husband, and found the CUTEST cowboy boots for my little one.

Staff always super friendly too which makes it a lovely experience.

Don’t recommend shopping here, staff are unethical and lie about the quality and origins to make sales.

My partner and I bought multiple items, and so we asked if it was possible to get any discount.

We were told it wasn’t possible because this top was ‘Italian made’ and was already reduced to reflect the mark that was on it.

Now at this point we should have checked the label, but we didn’t think to and trusted the staff members word.

However, upon returning home I did check the label, and as you can see it’s not only shein, so fast fashion, but made in China. Brand new, this top would have probably cost £6 or less. Lying to a customer to make a sale is fraud.

I’m incredibly disappointed that the person who served us lied about the quality and origins of the item. But that they are also selling inflated fast fashion in a vintage store. This is such poor customer service.

The hidden gem of Hitchin, best place for clothing by far. Good prices and range of sizes to suit majority of people. We'll worth a visit even if just to experience the retro feel, friendly staff to boot. Highly recommended
