They ask the tradesman what 'uplift' they should include in the price.
They let the tradesman change the colour, style, layout and design of my kitchen, including removing the handles from the order. The tradesman has no ownership or claim to my house.
What was delivered was not what I had agreed to.
Due to them allowing changes the units were wrong for the doors, doors were missing or incorrect. The corner cupboards are made of two units, not one. Very poor customer service and refused to put anything right or deal with my complaint

I would of gave them 5 stars but not everything is trade price and can be bought cheaper else where. I have had a few issues with the kitchen but they get resolved fairly quickly. My main issue is the price differance between stores a trade price should be the same through out the stores and customers

This is the best for kitchens there is, Ian has been dealing with my Mum and her kitchen design and plan, making sure everything would fit the space perfectly, making sure my Mum is 100% happy with everything.

Worst experience I've had for along time. Very expensive and poor pre order service. Maybe it was an isolated experience but it would not be somewhere we would ever recommend . Go to Wrens half the price twice the quality and a better experience by far.
