Used them to drop off some small parcels as they are partnered as a drop off point. Main older guy was very rude to me and had terrible attitude for no reason, flung the receipt at me and threw the parcels I was dropping off all the way to the back of the shop (which might have broken what was inside them), doing it in the most clearly disrespectful way possible, acting like he hated his life and hated being a drop off point. Don't sign up to be a drop off point then!

The most unhelpful man with your parcel. Blamed me - then walked off and left me. Plus it’s not the first time. I’ve also seen Im stressed out with other people & their parcels. He shouldn’t be doing it - if he offers zero help. He even said it was me 😂 awful service

I won't use this place anymore.
The man behind the counter is rude and possibly has a personality disorder?
I'd much rather travel further to post parcels, than to be treated as though I have done something wrong 🤷

Okay, got most of my parcels, but they lost a big £128 one and was really hard to get a refund because it saiddelivered on my notifications, and the guy is so moany and rude, wen phoning up to see if my lost parcel was there he lyed and said it was, i said i am disabled and house bound, so i'ĺl be very angry if i wheel the 15 minutesh in the dark and it's not there, you've just wanted to put the phone down and told me what i wanted to hear to get me off phone cause he's so stupid can't speak on on phone and serve, needless to say i have chosen another shop to get my parcels delivered to, VICKY TAYLOR XX
