So delighted and excited to find Arabella store. Such fabulous, super quality and different brands. So much to choose from and hard to decide what to purchase as want it all!! From clothing to accessories! Shoes and bags fab too. Lisa was so lovely and helpful, all the staff I have met are the same and all so friendly. I love my trips to Arabella. The staff team always give you a big welcome and make you feel special as a customer. The clothes are different, interesting and a range of styles to suit different tastes and sizes - they are ageless and some pieces re truly unique. Arabella style attract lovely comments from both people I know and strangers, from ‘everyday’ pieces to special occasion ones. The teatime online fashion shows are a great way to see how clothes work together and can suit all sizes and ages - and they are good fun to watch.

Wow what an amazing find - I love Arabellas 😍 just a shame it isn't closer to home but online experience is great - fabulous website quick delivery - my postman knows the name .,.... "another parcel from Arabella" he says with a smile! Really gorgeous clothes. The live shows are fab - really helps to see the outfits with great styling ideas and the chat is really entertaining 🙂. Visited the store once - it was stunning and the girls were so welcoming - planning my next trip to Nantwich just to go to Arabellas!!

I discovered Arabella a few years ago and it's been such a brilliant find. Unfortunately I live too far away to shop in person, although recently managed a detour whilst on a trip, which was a real treat.
They have a fantastic range of unique clothing, for all shapes and sizes. The clothing is pricey, but will last for years. The measurements on the website are really helpful as are the daily videos which show the clothes on 'real' people rather than models.
Their customer service is excellent -Queries are answered quickly, items are dispatched promptly and are well packaged.
The Outlet also has some amazing finds at a fraction of their original price.

Always a happy shopping experience in store. So many amazing brands to choose from. The team is always super helpful and friendly. They also use a very talented seamstress for alterations which I have been very pleased with.
