This is such a great Harry Potter store. I've been exploring England all week and this has become my favourite shop for all things Harry Potter! It has the best selection of authentic props, clothing, and memorabilia. It also has a good selection of Lord of the Rings accessories and other fantastical products. The staff is friendly and the shop is very well organized and stocked. Don't miss House of Spells!!

We were so excited to see everything in the shop, although the range of Harry Potter items are impressive but we didn’t enjoy the shop experience ~ we didn’t feel welcome, when we walked in the shop, we (my partner and I) were the only customers, the staff didn’t say HELLO, no interaction at all, he said no word! Most of the display items are not allow to touch, considering the market is for young people, they would like to experience the fantasy and a little role play, but most items have notes to say “DO NOT TOUCH”, even though I understand some are expensive stuffs.

Anyway once we stepped out of the shop, the staff followed us out and stood in the middle of the entrance / door, we didn’t want to guess why he did that?

Lovely little shop with lots of Harry Potter stuff (plus a few other bits). It's not a very large shop, and it is a tad on the expensive side, but some nice bits in there - which I had to hold the kids back from playing with!

got some amazing harry potter stuff in there, all sorts of things, i got a 3D photo that is incredible but it is quite pricey so i just bought that and a magnet. jumpers etc. were too much money. but overall incredible shop even to just pop in and look

Unfortunately we didn't get chance to shop here today as there was some confusion over my daughter's Guide Dog, due to a language barrier. We're not sure whether my daughter was asked to leave or to pick the dog up, which is obviously out of the question. We explained that the dog is a guide dog, to no avail, so we left. Please educate your staff as legally you cannot refuse a Guide Dog.

Amazing Harry Potter shop with some GOT items. Maybe a little expensive but for some great items i didn't mind. Finally found a time turner necklace that i have been wanting for along time. Will definitely return when i have some more pennies because the cuddly Niffler and Fawkes were to die for.

Visit today with my Grandsons both love to visit the shop and make purchases every time they visit, my oldest Grandson liked a grey hoody priced at £29.99 my youngest grandson wanted a note book priced at £24.99 the youngest one paid for his book whilst the oldest one debated over the colors he eventually decided on the original grey and attempted to pay, the cashier scanned the item then said £44.99 II explained that I believed it was £29.99 and she checked the label and replied yes that’s what ithe label says but it’s actually £44.99 I wasn’t prepaid to pay this no apology for the error on the shops fault so I left with one disappointed grandson had the youngest not already have paid for the book I would not have purchased the book either. Definitely won’t be visiting again
