Lovely shop, it’s absolutely packed full with almost everything you could need for your home. Only giving four stars as it’s not entirely wheelchair accessible.

Rude, two-faced owners. They don't blend with the community and distrust everyone. Incredibly disrespectful and always ready to complain about others. They complain to Epping council if you pick your nose and if your shoes squeak (I kid you not!), they feel entitled and empowered by harassing others. Poor, poor sad people.
Bossy, arrogant, an obsessively patriarchal and borderline family, they like to spy on the neighbours by putting cameras on communal spaces and checking everyone, children included.
Extremely paranoid, they seem afraid of their own shadow, padlocks on van, alarms, cameras, steering wheel locks on every car, you name it.
I guess most of the positive comments here are close friends and family and loads of bots and people who had never actually had to deal with them, just to have numbers in their accounts.
Wouldn't trust them. At all.

Ordered wardrobe from these guys last July. Delivered and was fitted damaged, this was reported to them.

I’ve been attempting to get them to rectify issue since July. The latest attempt I was promised Saturday repair and nobody turned up.

Ongoing issues without ever rectifying problem, £800 wasted!

I would advise not to use them, as any issues they are incredibly difficult to contact and seems almost impossible to get anywhere in regards to repair.

I have screenshots of all conversations with them, and also pictures of damaged wardrobe to verify this review.

Once upon a time we had every type of shop in the high street, often lived in by their owners. When I was young (70 years ago) that was the norm. We still have a traditional butchers and the excellent HOUSE 2 HOME, but what else. When I was very small my Grand Aunts took me on a day out to Epping Market on the Green Line Coach from the Green Man Leytonstone. There was even an animal market then. I want us all to support House 2 Home into the future. It must be the only ship in Epping that could replace a Woolworths. Not that we ever had one of those.

This shop has literally everything for the home and DIY, plumbing etc. Tools, paint, electrical equipment, lots of specialist items for random jobs and repairs. A real treasure trove. Reasonable prices especially for the convenience of having this on my doorstep. This is always my go-to store if I need something very specific for a job. Owner and family are very welcoming and friendly, always offer to help.

An fantasic little shop that seems to have everything. I have lost track of how many times this shop has helped me get a tricky item I needed quickly without having to travel off to a specialist shore to find. The owners are beautiful people, they are very friendly, helpful and kind natured. They have this way about them - when you walk away from the store you feel better;-) If you have ever met someone like that before you will know exactly what I mean. Suffice to say, would highly recommend.
