Very poor service ordered my products through click and collect , no one at the click and collect counter , staff were only available at the tills , waited for item for 15 minutes still no one here , the lady came in her gave me part of my shopping still waiting for my my main order ,Argos what’s happening why is the service at the hounslow branch so poor , what’s the long of ordering online when there’s i one available to deliver the service ?

Very poor customer service, ordered my phone from till and till’s lady asked me if I wanted my phone to be delivered or come and collect as she said it cost me 3 pound and I choose delivery. When I gave all my information about address and number she said 4.95 pound will be charged. After knowing delivery price I changed my mind to come and collect. And she said , you cannot come and collect your product here some product doesn’t comes here it should be delivered whereas it was clearly shown ( order today and collect tomorrow ) on ordering screen. So I had no option then choosing delivery. I don’t know why we cannot come and collect (iPhone 14 plus blue) product no. 118 from store .

I ll say thank you for all the staff from the management to small staff they really working hard even though some customers they expect over from them but we still say big thank you for all of them they work hard under the pressure trying to make everyone happy even sometimes customers sheets them bad

Argos also known as the laminated book of dreams has a store in Hounslow and for the first time in almost a decade, I ventured in.

Oh Argos. Your decline looks like it was a painful experience. Hazard tape everywhere. No more cheap jewellery, Elizabeth is dead. No more pencils or pens to take home. No more laminated books of dreams. The Argos experience is truly dead.

Very disappointed with your service as I have paid £488.95- for a Air Purifier and you suppose to deliver to me on Saturday, but yesterday Saturday you did not make the delivery and just no show and no call, So I went Argos store to see what is going on with the Air purifiers today Sunday , your staff called the delivery department for me, and the delivery department only say want to refund the money to me and I need to wait for 40 hours to get the money back with no reason, I told her I was so disappointed and I don't accept the refund offer with no reason, at the end the delivery department told your staff at the store that they will deliver the Air Purifier tomorrow to me and will send me an email to confirm, I left the store and wait for hours and still have not received any confirm delivery email from Argos yet!!! I hope you will deliver the Air Purifier to me tomorrow and I think it is wasting time to make any purchases at Argos in the future.
