I understand the hardships of running a small business, but this pharmacy is closed for two hours a day for lunch and all weekend. i regret having my prescriptions sent there directly from the GP's and would recommend a pharmacy that is actually open when people need it to be.

Unfortunately, we have received misleading and incomplete information given. When attempting to give feedback, the pharmacist (female) became defensive and rude. There is only one way to improve, which is to reflect. Clearly, this is not the ethos of Houghton pharmacy.
