Ordered fish and chips and found 4 bones in the fish before I stopped eating it and the chips undercooked. Would definitely not recommend.

Terrible food. I had to throw most of it away.

1. Chips were undercooked and many had black pieces.
Everyone knows that if you leave black pieces on potato then it completly changes the taste and does not taste good.

2. The Scampi was fried so long that the pieces were as hard as rocks.

3. No sauces apart from Ketchup available.

Meal tasted awful. Never going there again.

Our whole order was stone cold. We waited an hour and a half. My partner ordered a chicken tikka kebab and it was literally the tiniest pieces of chicken in a wrap. Tastes of nothing! The battered sausages were dreadful and just fell apart. Had such high expectations and literally was the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in the whole of Leicester.

Worst chip shop experience… the business is failing clearly.

They don’t even use greaseproof paper to wrap the food, everything just sticks to normal paper.

Two youngsters serving doing what they can, but no proper headgear, tacky clothes, do they even wash there hands after they touch all the takeaway delivery dirty bags!

They stopped curry’s, no food menu, they don’t even serve pies!

They need to up their game and stop charging premium prices, for rubbish quality food!

Order food on a Sunday to it being cancelled because there not open when it says it open till 10:30 and I order my food at 7:00 and it’s not the first time as when we drive by its closed when they should be open

I ordered to deliver a mixed kebab and chips along with everyone else’s food and as always I seem to be the victim of bad service! I received chips that are a 5 out of 10 at best and no mixed kebab just half a dozen bits of chicken with salad!! I’ve never had a problem when ordering at the counter and paying direct but have always had a problem when I order to deliver ile let you make your own mind up but next time I will go there myself instead of delivery😐 That’s if I go back.

Call yourself a chippy?
Chips uncooked and felt reheated
Large fish turns out to be a small wider fish barely enough for one
Chicken tikka with fresh naan ordered over the phone. I Get there and he said they stopped doing naan weeks ago yet he still took the order and charged for it replacing with a dry tortilla wrap
Chunks of Chicken was cold and tasteless. Woudnt be surprised if it was reheated.
Called to complain and they just don't care
Response was "it's how we make it. Can't do anything about it"
Poor customer service with shocking communication skills.

Agree with the other reviews that this place is awful and overly priced for below par food
Do not recommend at all. Undercooked food is not acceptable for the prices you charge
