I went to the little shop in Stamford, the young man, he said his name is Josh, was extremely helpful, he had great product knowledge, he was able to find something perfect for my sister’s birthday, he asked questions about preferences. He should be given a very big pat on the back. He made my shopping experience great.

Nicky caylie and sarah served myself and my wife at the stamford shop and all 3 gave wonderful service.
We were in the store over two days and initially we were looked after by Nicky who was excellent, we we returned the following day and purchased two velvetisers loads of drinking chocolate and a massive box of chocolates.
All 3 ladies were full of product knowledge, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
All in all fabulous chocolate and even better staff

I’ve visited Hotel Chocolates all over the UK. The staff in most are great, however had a lovely experience at Stamford over the weekend. The staff were so brilliant, kind and chatty. It’s a plus they let dogs come in too!

Overpriced and too clinical... as a customer i felt like I was on display as staff were not friendly and stared, a lot. Almost afraid to examine the products on offer in case I offended someone... will not come back in a hurry.

Had a lock-in at Stamford Hotel Chocolat on Tuesday evening with Helpston WI. 12 of us altogether with ages ranging between 50 to 80. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening; gorgeous chocolates to taste + prosecco for those who were not driving. Spoilt for choice in variety of chocolates.

Within Dobbies Garden Centre, an OK selection but nothing more for the Hotel Chocolate area. Dobbies has improved a lot - Butcher and Baker area is good, in desperate need of a better Green Grocery area.
