Really pleased with our new Esse 500 Vista, it was installed beautifully by Gavin - the old fireplace taken back to the original brick opening, which was then made good and re-pointed. We were able to keep our Victorian slate surround that was original to the house, and had a new slate hearth installed that fits in so well that it could have always been there. I can't fault any part of the process, from the initial conversation with Kate that turned in to a detailed quote from other Gavin and the deposit paid that very same afternoon! Highly recommended.

From start to Finnish Gaven and his team did a fantastic job, I was that impressed with the end Finnish I immediately ordered another log burner for the front room which has just recently been installed, again really happy and delighted with my new log burner, I'm really glad I chose Hot Stuff stoves a first class company, I would also like to say a big thankyou to Kate who was so helpful all the way through the process.

So pleased with our new log burner! First met Kate who was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. Gavin came out to measure up and then we had another Gavin install it! This is a great company to deal with which we have done so on several occasions. Kate in the show room has always been very helpful and every installation has gone to plan. Gavin and his installation team are great workers and the transformation they make to your fireplace is amazing. I would recommend to all who are thinking and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Could not be any happier with our new log burner. The service and workmanship carried out was outstanding from start to finish. And left me with very little mess after what was a very messy job. The team from HotStuff have just finished creating a new fireplace and installation of a log burner. I’d thought and planned (and even dreamt!) about how I wanted it to look, and HotStuff have made it happen. I’d ‘done the rounds’ and visited just about every fireplace showroom on the Wirral. I listened carefully to what I was told was possible and now the work is complete I’ve absolutely no doubt I chose the right company to come and create this focal point for our home.
