Excellent service again. Booked MOT & service in advance & was given a date which suited me. James called me the day before to confirm a time. I was dropped back home & picked up later once everything was completed. Nothing was too much trouble, even advised my battery has started to deteriorate which I can now budget for.

Absolutely disgraceful garage, they crashed my elderly parents car whilst it was in the garage then done a really rubbish job at repairing the body work. They have said they won’t do anything else about it and hung up the phone on us! I never leave bad reviews as I know things can go wrong in business, but its how you deal
with those mistakes that matter and I really feel they have taken advantage of an elderly couple who don’t have it in them to fight them for a proper repair to be done 😡

Brought my car in to be checked and quoted. I was told I will be called with the price. Went back twice, been told to wait. Been 2 months almost but no phone call. It would have been easier to say "I can't fix it " Might be ok for MOTs but that's all.
