Despite a fake review having been posted using my name for this business 4 months ago, we (my daughter and i) actually did attend the salon for nails a few weeks ago. We liased with the salon ahead of time booking an appointment to ensure we would be seen. Which was a waste of time, booking times are not adhered to. 45 minutes after our initial booking time we were finally seen. They cut my daughters cuticle with the electric file and they had us in there just under 4 hours! As they kept stopping doing our nails to accomodate walk ins. We could be sat for 20 30 mins having nothing done so a walk in could have their process started. It was my daughters first ever visit to a salon and it has completely put her off. This is unfortunate as the end result was ok, not great.
But the sheer amount of time we were sat in there was not ok! Especially with a booking. I understand walk ins just having to wait. Another girl actually fell asleep she was waiting that long!
Such a shame as we had heard good things about this salon. I would be happy to speak with the owner directly with my feedback if required.

I got acrylics done here and they was okay looks wise from a distance. Way too thick. Felt like the acrylics was rushed. They obviously don’t care about appointment times as a woman came in at her time that she booked but was still waiting a while. I feel like this place shouldn’t offer appointments and keep it as walk ins only as I’ve heard several stories of people waiting after their booked time. Also a week later 3 of them came off. I am disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I went to Hornsea Nails for a walk in appointment for a set of acrylics. They are just what I wanted! Prices are convenient and the end results are beautiful! Thank you so much, would really recommend this place, so consistent with the accuracy of my nails. Thanks again, will be coming again in my next holiday to Hornsea!

I have been regularly having BIAB service.My nails are always beautifully done, often with nail art, they’re high quality and last at least 3 weeks. They are always so welcoming and I really look forward to my appointments as it feels like catching up with friends.
