Popped in today and bought a few Jellycats. They have a really good selection to choose from and even had the sold out chip the seagull and a Bartholomew strawberry! The lady in the shop was really lovely and kindly let me check the prices on the jellycats so I could make my choice. Will be back again, hopefully soon 😊

My daughter went into this shop to purchase a jelly cat for her collection.
My daughter is always polite and considerate to others.
The shop assistant on shift that day was very rude to my daughter.
We try and give our business to these little shops as we are all so sorry that these days all the little shops are not surviving. We have been coming to Hunstanton for the last 38 years and we were saying what a pity the little shops aren’t surviving.
We don’t expect to be talked too so Rudely, my daughter purchased the jelly cat but in future we won’t be going in this shop.

Superb items and great service. We returned to purchase some Christmas decorations we had spotted last weekend. The ladies in the shop were lovely to deal with. The owner was surprised we had travelled so far to buy our items and ensured we were happy with the items before we left. We would highly recommend Horizon Gifts.

I give this gift shop a couple of stars for having a nice selection of goods. I wanted to buy a £32 table lamp which was on display today. I enquired at the counter and the young lady said she didn’t know if they had any. I followed her back to the counter where she looked at the CCTV screens and said there was only one person who would know if they had any and they were out the back and she couldn’t contact them. So I left without a lamp. There are plenty of other places I can buy a nice lamp.
