Very poor (not blaming the gentleman in the shop though)
We ordered some items to be delivered to the post office (Royal mail delivery) and when I went to collect found they've not been dropped off because the "address is inaccessible " . There is a road closure nearby but also a fully signed diversion is in place
This is not good enough from Royal mail
