Terrible experience with the UPS drop off today. The staff member was barking non-sensical requests at me. Tried calm him down and explain everything I was instructed to do, but it just resulted in him throwing my parcel and said "that won't be collected tomorrow". No Idea what is going to happen with my parcel... Currently putting in a complaint with UPS. I'd advice not to use the UPS service.

Just received the most unpleasant service from this store. Trying to return a pre paid UPS label, everything was included and I followed all the instructions given to me by the brand. The person working here proceeded to snatch the parcel off me and throw it across the room at the wall. Would avoid and advise going elsewhere in future. Will be reporting this aggressive behaviour to UPS to avoid any future encounters hopefully.

Terrible experience today when my child tried to return a faulty toy. My daughter bought a toy with her own pocket money. On getting home we realised the item was faulty. This was on Saturday. Today we took the item back and I assured her she would get a full refund. He refused, saying he needed the packaging and we were over the 3 days for a full refund. Utter rubbish! I asked again for the refund, my daughter started crying and he kept refusing until I got cross, then he gave me £1 (the item was £1.50) and proceeded to roll his eyes and his head side to side. What a horrible man. Will never shop here again.
