I've been to this place regularly now for almost a year. I have never had a bad experience and they have consistently done the best job on my hair I've ever had at a hairdressers.

They are great with little ones, taken our 2 year old there for his last 3 hair cuts, and they are patient and create a very calm environment for toddlers making the whole process less stressful

I came in a few weeks ago for a colour fix and Harriet absolutely saved my hair. I had been to another salon who had made some mistakes with my highlights and Harriet took so much care fixing all the issues and reassuring me about my concerns. As someone with fine hair it’s so difficult to find a salon that can colour my hair without too much damage and they did an amazing job. The girl that washed my hair was also really careful which I really appreciated. I’m so grateful, thank you so much ❤️

Blown away with the service, kindness, expertise, and value for money! After box dying my hair, I was in urgent need of colour correction and treatment advice.
Charlotte, Harriet, and Nicola were so genuine, full of experience, and put me at ease! They took the time to make sure I was happy with my hair and genuinely cared.

Always have an excellent experience here, even if you have a different staff member. As I have cancer and my hair is growing back with a different texture the stylists always manages to cut it how I like it. Been using here for over 20 years on and off. Helps that its walking distance

Popped in on my lunch break and got a wash and cut here. Was my first time here and was very happy with the service. I got a wash and cut and the stylist was very attentive and asked a lot of questions (felt like a proper consultation). We decided not to go too short and I’m happy with the result, felt comfortable after. The price is proportional to what you’d expect from Hook prices and if I had more time I’ll definitely get a blow dry next time. Would visit again 🙂
