I purchased a pair of custom Suede chelsea boots in December after stumbling across the store on a weekend trip to Windsor and recieved them towards the start of this week.

The service in store was great, I was guided through the process and given lots of options to chose from with regards to style, colour & finish. I was told to size down from my usual shoe size, which while I was hesitant at I'm glad I trusted the advice as the end fit of the boot is spot on for what I'm looking for.

The quality and finish is absolutely fantastic, it's clear that a lot of time and effort has gone into making them. I appreciate the little finishing touches that were added to the soles.

I was originally given a 6 week delivery date, however this became closer to 10 due to mitigating circumstances. A lack of communication in this process was frustrating, but once my shoes were put out for delivery I was not only given tracking information myself but kept updated as my shoes passed through each delivery update point by the store owner. The constant updates once my shoes were out for delivery more than made up for the delay I had experienced.

I've been wearing the shoes a fair bit since receiving them and they are incredibly comfortable and very stylish. The finish is unique and I have received quite a few compliments from passersby whilst wearing them.

I would not hesitate to purchase another pair from Hoofs & Hides, their quality and attention to detail is exceptional and the end results are absolutely worth the costs.

Bought a leather jacket in October. Fitting was really well done and I was walked through what to expect with the arrived product, differences in manufacturing the works.

Arrived and it fit like a glove, of course. Excellent craftsmanship, really like the colour as well. Gave me good tips for how to keep it clean and in good shape for hopefully years to come. It feels like the kind of thing you buy once and becomes a staple of your wardrobe, and it'll probably last as much, too.

Bought a pair of beautiful chelsea boots, brogue design, 3 years ago and they are still in excellent condition!! I wear them almost every weekend, they don't discolour in the rain, LOVE them!!!

Also bought my favourite leather handbag ever, used it for years, still looks amazing.

Going back in 3 weeks to get another pair of chelsea boots in black this time. Highly recommend you check it out. Great services too!!

Quality, service, and product - just wow!!!!

Call in here whenever I am down near Windsor, this is my fifth purchase from there, and my most satisfying.

I particularly like the Churchill shoe, (brown brogue, wooden heel and leather sole), but was looking for a comparative black shoe. whilst there were many choices, none of them where exactly what I wanted. So after chatting to the staff, i mentioned that ideally I was after the Churchill shoe but in a black brogue, wooden heel and leather sole. Instantly they offered to get a pair made for me, which would take approx 6 weeks, I was reticent as was not sure when I was next going to be around Windsor. Again instantly solved as they said that they would arrange for them to be delivered direct to me.

Superb service, shoes arrived well packaged and protected, and they certainly do not disappoint.

5 star service as always, and rest assured I will be back in next time i'm around to check out a new pair of boots for myself,
