A big thankyou to the staff who work in this chemist, they saved the day. I couldn't get my dads medication from the usual on line pharmacy as they were out of stock, and then the prescription had got lost on their database and after a lot of ringing around Hoo Pharmacy stepped in and saved the day. They went above and beyond to help. 100% customer service. Its nice to talk to a person at the end of the line and not an automated robot. Thank you so much for your help.

God awful place! Would give minus 10 if I could. Staff are rude! Can always hear the pharmacist being rude towards staff, and also hear staff discussing patients private matters in full ear shot of customers.

I went in before and waited 10 minutes to be seen, which would be ok if it was busy but it wasn’t. The members of staff were too worried about their personal lives and having a cuppa.

There used to be some good staff who worked there including the previous pharmacist but herself and some other members of staff seemed to have left. Which I can’t say I blame them.

100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
