Extremely rude staff for no reason, everything was shrugged off and when they were speaking it was full of attitude. Not helpful when I was asking things politely. Don't waste your time here, it's worth it to go to Crescent stores down the road, extremely helpful folks there and a better store overall

I tried to send back an amazon parcel using the tablet in store, the staff are not helpful at all and are so rude, claiming they are not everyone's personal courier service when you are trying to send a parcel with them. Well actually you are, you signed up to have that terminal so you should be helping customers send these parcels. Absolutely shocking.

A very disappointing and transactional experience. I greeted the shop-keeper (mother) with a happy "good morning" but got nothing back! Advised I was completing a Hermes return but only had a QR Code. Shop-keeper presumed I knew how to use the printer which I didn't. It was only after my tonality changed she attempted to navigate, explain and exercise patience. Overall this experience will be memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Usually a decent shop, but I walked in with my girlfriend to be rudely told to “get out the shop with a drink” because I had an open soft drink can in my hand, don’t worry mate I won’t spill my drink on your goods, but straight away we walked out and I provided my custom to the co-op next door. Don’t worry I found exactly what I was looking for and I won’t be visiting again.
