Recently purchased a replacement mouse and got a great price for it, also asked about PS4 controller repairs and was given an honest answer about the viability/worth of it - I'm glad he didn't just go straight into sales mode; as someone ex-retail, exactly what I would want from a shop, especially a neat little independent. Absolutely awful customer service, the man in there was very rude. Didn’t even get a hello when I went into the shop, also the shop smelt awful? All round bad experience! Will not be returning

Really rude, asked for some help with repairing my OnePlus phone, Just got the dismissive response of "we don't do Chinese phones, throw it in the bin and get a proper phone." I had the part, and offered to handle the rest myself, just need some help getting the back off and doing the adhesive. got the same response again. Hilarious given all the phones are made in china anyway, and OnePlus is a respected brand. Explains why they are always empty when you walk by!

I bought a scam charger from a shop at Plymouth which led to my charging pod being burnt like completely damaged, not only did I get it fixed in perfect condition at Honiton tech shop but I also got a battery replacement and a new charger all for free. The service was also a 100%, friendly and very explanatory.
