Worse than useless! Unable to locate parcel on one occasion, had to chase and chase over several weeks, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that occasion. Todaa, have now just called to collect a 50th birthday present, only to discover they closed at 4pm instead of 5pm due to “changeover”, so I am leaving tonight to travel to the party, without a present. No amended times on Google- just a sign up at the shop. Will never have anything sent here again. Do not deserve to have the franchise from Royal Mail.
