Used Rayleigh Homebase to buy a complete bathroom. On installation we discovered a part was missing so we went back to the store who told us they didn’t realise it wasn’t included and they could not order as they don’t even make the part (in black) even though the whole bathroom design was black that we was sold and designed with them. I was told I would have to find the part myself elsewhere.
Not good when you have the bathroom fitter at your house waiting for the part.
Secondly went to the store recently brought a trim which was the wrong size. Went back to return 30 minutes later and was told they are unable to refund or exchange due to administration. There was no signs on entry or around the store only just after the till. Which is to late once you’ve paid. Asked for a manager who was then rude and argumentative and even said they tell you when purchasing the item even though they didn’t. Now stuck with a trim I don’t need.

Pretty much got everything you would need for home gardens. Beautiful selections of plants🪴🌳🥀🌺 in the season. Good quality. Reasonable price. Easy car park🚗🛻

Bought a full kitchen from Homebase Rayliegh excellent service and guidance by Ian his measurements were precise and exactly fitted they way we wanted Ian has been very helpful from start to finnish we bought the shaker mid range but the quality is is of a higher standard definately done the right thing buying this

It's time for Christmas decs... as usual we didn't have enough lights. A quick trip to Homebase and extra lights were purchased... along with an outside snow flurry projector and a candle 😁. Staff are always helpfull and always busy. Will I go back to Homebase..... 100% yes 😁🎅.

Nice easy parking, helpful staff, no toilets unfortunately the ceiling caved in, they had the products I wanted and with choices. Overall very pleased given an extra star and if the toilets were working it would have been 5
