They never seem to have what I need bit sometimes comes up top trumps with something I didn't know I wanted.

Staff are friendly enough but there are not enough of them for such a huge store.

I want to praise the Chatham store for excellent customer care and service. I purchased a petrol lawnmower which played up after 2 weeks. I drained the oil and petrol and returned it to the store expecting a confrontation about external repairs etc. the girl at the till asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. I exchanged for a new one with no hassle. In and out in 5 minutes with my new boxed mower.

I purchased three bags of compost at horsed retail park store in Chatham this morning. Ross saw me having trouble lifting them and offered to help. I didn’t have to ask and he loaded them into my car with a smile. What an asset to the company
