Not only have I paid for express delivery but I paid a lot of money for a new mattress with incorrect tracking information and no sign of the item. The customer service from Debehams has been abysmal and I'll never shop with them again. How about providing a telephone number instead of channels that are unhelpful and take days to get back to you. You've ruined what was supposed to be an engagement present from my elderly mother.

I was also left 5 voicemails by an unhelpful customer service person who then replied to my email with information that was meant for their department - not exactly professional. The delivery driver left the item outside my house and did not help me up the stairs with it either. I have asked politely and not so politely for the express delivery payment back and still nothing. I don't plan on returning the item as it will just be the same amount of hassle trying to get them to take it back. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERIVE / DELIVERY - EVERYTHING. From start to finish.

Given the negative reviews, i was very skeptical of my mattress topper order from this company via debenhams. I purchased express 2 working day delivery. My topper was delivered within the 2 working days as promised, and there is nothing wrong with what i ordered.

Whilst I may have been lucky, I cant fault them.

Agree with other commenters. Worst shopping experience. Toppers via Debenhams. Lost them, I had to chase up, they didn’t check etc. have to go via Debenhams which adds days to the resolution. Said repeatedly to re send as offered. Then they say what do you want to do? Has been 2 weeks since bought and paid extra £5 for 1-2 day speedy delivery. Really have no idea why Debenhams still sell their gear via them as they are clearly terrible in all areas. Going to request a refund now. What a waste of time.

If I could give 0 then I would. I purchased a mattress topper from this company through Debenhams website. I received the wrong item. The item was collected for return by the currier that was organised by them. I received no notification of refund. I received notification of the item being signed for at the other end. I payed for the item through klarna so put a stop on payments whilst investigated. This company are still demanding payment.

I wish I could give -10 for this company.
Ordered a mattress topper through Debenhams. . It’s so thin it’s a joke. Trying to return has been a nightmare. They don’t answer emails or messages. You cannot return without informing them first. After 2 weeks they tell to return at my cost £7.55 to get my refund in the same state I received it in the same packaging. It was in a compressed bag🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ impossible.PayPal have said they will refund but only when I return it at my expense. Shocking company. Never use Debenhams third party sellers.

I brought from Debenhams, thinking it was from them. So far it's been a complete farce to get refund terrible customer service. Says parcel was delivered but obviously was not, as it's a big parcel and I was in all day . Complete rip off don't buy anything from them😡

Do not buy anything from this store you have been warned, my super king mattress arrived damaged, they would not send an adequate van to recover it, in its full inflated size, spoke to the rudest man who refused to give his name on the phone, who proceeded to tell me I'd put a knife through it on purpose, the stitching had failed due to the vacuum packing process and they refused to take it back, luckily I arranged to send it back myself at a cost and got my money back, after 25 plus emails back and forth, I'm a disabled man and they said I had to try and fold a super king mattress in half and get it back in the box, if you have a mattress this size please have a go at such a ridiculous request, please please please do not purchase anything through this company, Debenhams are just as bad too, a company that size has no one you can physically speak to on the phone, instead your emails get responded too by a multitude of people that you then have to explain it all again, AVOID you have been warned
