It's a fine vets but it is very expensive I am sure it doesn't have to be people are struggling and the animals are the ones that suffer

Yet again they come to the rescue ,the lovely Beth at Bradworthy rang around to get us an appointment for our poorly bunny. We went to Holsworthy and Kate the vet and Debbie the nurse were fantastic with our fluffy rabbit . A massive massive hug to you all

We registered with Penbode when we took over the farm last year. For our introductory visit we were sent to young vet called Nim. We were shocked how unfriendly and arrogant she was. We've now moved to a local non-corporate vets who are always friendly and treat us as customers, not inferiors. We still have to see vets from Penbode, when DEFRA send Penbode for TB tests. Most are OK, but for the last two TB visits Penbode sent Nim again, who acted even more arrogant and unfriendly. It reminded us how glad we are to be with another practice. Penbode -please stop sending us Nim for TB tests.
3/9/19 (After being asked to speak to a director): Just spoke to director Andy Stokes. Got no apology. Had to explain twice that no one wants the vet to walk away without telling us the results of a TB test. Clearly no understanding of how TB tests feel to farmers. Still no apology from Andy Stokes about this vet's manner; then he suggested we have our government TB tests done at another vets! Aloof and arrogant approach to customers from a vets that sold out to a corporate group.

Thank you so much for the assistance given by your personnel that attended the scene of an animal ( young deer) hit by a car today that my friend and I found in distress by the roadside at Dunsland national trust entrance. Your quick response and animal care was very much appreciated.
