Dropped off a prepaid parcel before 12 on a Saturday as detailed online, only to be told that the cut off was 11.30 and the parcel wouldn't go today, even though the parcel bags were still sitting in the post office right behind the guy. Disappointing & expensive!

Always that rude fella in the post office.
He cracks on you can't return an item without a postcode.

Avoid back ends of the week to avoid frustration - go on Monday or Tues for good service when he isn't on.

Scales will read higher than those you used to check the weight before going here. They will reject the parcel even if it's only 0.25% over weight (according to their scales). In real life, there is a margin of error to the measurement, but they don't accept that. Fortunately the scales at Knutsford Post Office will be much closer to the weight you are expecting.

The 2 ladies who work in the post office are so professional, really lovely ladies, helpful and friendly. The man who works occasionally is patronising, rude, and that bad if I see him working I drive to goostry post office instead.
