I cannot thank Adam and his son enough for the help we had finding the perfect car! We had a good experience from seeing the car to finally buying it. Adam was very helpful and sent us photo updates of the car throughout the lead up to collecting. The 2 hour journey from Anglesey was worth it.

Avoid this place at all cost, bad business!! My partner brought a Q7 reg CK63 XLY first time coming to pick up the car abs light was on so he took it to sort out then after Adam delivering the car to us, we drove it once and another light come on so we took it to a Audi specialist and they told us there could be many things wrong with the car! Which could cost thousands, so we didn’t want to run a risk with it,We wanted to take the car back as these problems shouldn’t be happening so soon (didn’t even have the car a week) with that the problems began with Adam, calling the Audi specialist a liar(over 2 weeks before he paid them for the work he asked them to do)as apparently the warranty didn’t cover the work that needed doing,Accusing me of being a heroine user, (as apparently he done research on me lol)telling me on phone “he’s not paying the finance back”completely unprofessional..Cancelling the so called warranty & breakdown agreement, took over a month to get the car back to him

Received our car today after test driving it yesterday. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. Explained all functions of the car and he seemed to have a lot of knowledge. Car included 6 months AA warranty and full MOT. I would definitely recommend this garage to my family and friends.
