Craig installed a new Windows 11 AIO PC for us this morning and completed the task in a timely and professional manner. All relevant files were copied from our old PC, which he had setup for us around 9 years ago, and appropriate applications installed. This included a brand new printer! I needed a new computer and Craig came to the rescue. Brought me a new All in One to look at, which I was very pleased with. He set it up with the latest specification on Windows 10 and took time to explain the operation. He also advised on a new printer, which I am in need of. Within the week, I had downloaded a product which locked the computer completely. I contacted Craig who cleared and reinstalled the system.....without any charge! Great service! What more can I say?
