Brilliant wee store, very tidy and well organised and the blonde guy with glasses that served me is a brilliant Representative for the company sorry I don't remember his name to give him praise directly but I hope the manager that reads this knows who it is to gives him the praise he deserves. Went into this shop on Saturday 26th when the black Friday sales we running. I was really pleased to get such quality items of clothing at such a reasonable price as gifts - even cheaper than I was expecting as the member of the staff serving me at the till kindly signed me up to the rewards scheme which gave me an extra immediate discount!

Every member of staff in the store was helpful, relaxed and genuinely friendly. I have also exchanged emails with the online customer service department and their service is second to none! Fast, efficient and this company goes above and beyond to help. Thank you!

We went to the shop on Black Friday sales . The staffs were nice , especially the lady at till name Dee. She was very friendly and patient and helped my teenager daughter with the choice of better size trousers for her order . Highly recommended this shop

Annabelle not only is she a style guru (lovely nails too), but she's also got this incredible knack for making you feel like you've known her for ages. It's like catching up with an old friend while browsing through racks of awesome clothes. Plus, her fashion sense is on point! Annabelle's not just about the clothes in the store; she's about the vibe. She radiates positivity and makes you feel like you belong, like you're part of the Hollister fam. And let me tell you, that's an awesome feeling.
