I have been dealing with HDL for a couple of months now and have visited the Company. Highly professional and at the top of their technology. Can carry out complex technical work accurately and cost effectively. All staff were friendly and operators engaged with me on the visit. I will continue to do business with them.

I'm the founder of a UK startup which has been working with HDL over the last year -we're working towards placing an order for multiple CNC machined parts for our product. My experience has been very positive, please don't listen to the negative reviews here following the extremely antagonistic "audit".

All the employees of HDL I've had communication with have been extremely helpful, open, and honest.

Quoted prices on complex parts have been very competitive, the MD travelled to visit us on a weekend and has given several hours of time to advise on on design for manufacture, alternative materials and heat treatments to reduce costs etc. I look forward to working with HDL as we move to production.

If you want to deal with a company that views threatening and abusive behaviour towards the public as acceptable, then this is the company for you. I suspect that they felt a female who was coherent, articulate and confident to be incredibly threatening, hence their terrible behaviour towards her. The managers of the company seemed happy for this behaviour to go unchallenged.
