The best customer service I have ever received.
Michelle went above and beyond regarding my order of the multi lead for my puppy.
Not only did Michelle put the pups safety first she then arranged for the lead to be designed so that it would eventually fit her.

This shop is dog owner heaven - the owners of the store are amazingly helpful and so lovely, and the choice of colourful harnesses, collars, leads, and accessories is the best I’ve seen. All three of our floofers are going to be decked out to the nines in Holler! The quality is exceptional, and they really care about your dog’s comfort and getting a good fit.

Well, what can I say! This store is nicer than most human shops! The decor is gorgeous and incredible stylish boutique. The owner is lovely and incredibly helpful. The quality of the products is beyond. Super unique bits and reasonably priced - new favorite place in Brighton lanes!
