Nestled in the middle of the Grove Centre, this shop has always been a firm favourite of our family. For everything from aloe vera gels for burns, St. john's wort tablets or when I just need my bombay mix fix this is the first port of call!

Prices are always reasonable and there is always a deal either on or about to start (Buy one, get one for a penny etc).

The staff they have working at this branch are brilliant, their service is impeccable and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, never push sales of things you don't want or need.

Just went into witham branch and was told by the cashier my money was fake without properly checking it so took my cash to tesco next door and they verified it was genuine, i think H&B should educate and train there staff abit better

Excellent occasional sales: bargains like Buy One get 2nd half price, & certain items, 2nd purchase only 1p. Lots of little gift ideas and some terrific skin care products.
Incredibly knowledgeable staff, full of excellent advice, and so helpful. Mega range of vitamins, minerals, medicinal items, wholefoods, and a good selection of vegan foods. Lots of their lines are a little on the pricey side but the quality is great.

Was appalled by the service today in Witham grove centre - went with my friend to browse your products and staff were very unwelcoming and made belittling comments. This is NOT what you want your customers to receive when trying to buy your products...

I made a trip into Witham Grove Center today especially to visit your store for some things that we had run out of. The store was closed. While I waited around thinking that maybe someone would come, a number of people came and tried the door and went away. So thank you for a wasted journey.
