I visited this store today, whilst browsing some of the products a very rude young member of staff Asian girl came over to say the store is technically closed now so if you’re not buying anything it’s best if you leave. I mean how is this customer service. If she wanted us to leave there was a nicer way to approach. She just walked off. Besides the store shutters were open and others were being served so that was the only reason we even entered. Please teach your staff customer service skills this is definitely one of the essential skills you need in any job. Really not happy!
