I went there to buy some vitamins. I'm very impressed with the excellent customer service of Anna. She was very helpful and kind. I've bought couple of vitamins just because of her customer service. Thank you Anna for being so nice.

Popped in the other day and was unsure which supplements to get. As it alll gets rather confusing. Was helped by a lovely young lady who went out of her way to help me. Took her time to guide me through all the possibilities and was very knowledgeable. Normally, I'd never write a review on Google but this young lady helped me so well that I felt obligated to do so. Would definitely recommend shopping here!

The staff here have always been welcoming towards me.
I am always followed around shops, so it doesn't bother me when they follow me around the store or ask me do I need help. I mostly go in knowing exactly what I want, getting it and leaving quickly.
And I understand that the team here at chorlton branch have experienced a lot with theft and rude customers.

A little patience and understanding from customers towards the team wouldn't go a miss. Humanity is key.

An offer of buy one get one half price was stated in the label, however when I went to the till the cashier charged me both items full price. There were people behind me in the queue and I found it embarrassing and humiliating as the manager was called and said the same thing, insisting the labelling was a mistake of some sort. In the end, I got the offer but the staff didn't apologise and I had wasted 40 mins. Would not recommend.

Dreadful customer service. Despite their website saying the opened at 9am I traipsed down there for 20 minutes walk in the rain only to find the door open and when I walked in I was greeted by a very aggressive member of staff to say I couldn’t come in as they were taking a delivery/stock take and they couldn’t let people in for health and safety reasons. What a load of rubbish! I asked how long this would take as they had three members of staff hanging around the counter and I only wanted one item. She shrugged her shoulders and said “around half hour ish”. What an appalling store with an appalling staff member. She had service with a scowl. Will never return and support them. I found the exact product online tonight on Amazon which will be delivered tomorrow. It’s people like her that are destroying local business and forcing them elsewhere. Well done Chorlton store!!

This store is a treasure house for the health conscious. They have it all from food to skin/ hair care to make your own body scrubs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was able to purchase from a wide variety of vegan protein powders .
