I have given this place five stars which for me it means this place is a bit extra . The entrance is flat and level and the doors are wide and open automatically . There is room to manage a wheelchair down every aisle but a little tight in places . I was unsure of the whereabouts of the item I wanted so to save time I asked an assistant in the shop . She knew exactly what I wanted and also where it was to be found . Now it was located upstairs , but there is a lift provided in order to shop upstairs However to save me going up in the lift the lady went and got the item for me and took it to the checkout while I wandered around the store .When I got to the checkout I was shown the product to see if it was suitable before I bought it . Can’t fault the service .

Absolute dream in this store. Surprised I haven't gone sooner there is loads of things in here would definitely recommend coming into the store rather than online. There's things to arts and crafts for kids, clay, sewing, paint, baking.

Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for even though their web site said they stocked them Sequins in navy blue and bugle beads. Staff said it was unlikely that they would get them in. Very disappointed.

This store was absolutely fantastic. Clean shop (which is massive and two floors btw), lovely staff who are so polite and helpful. A huge range on stuff for all your hobby needs, they even sell sewing machines which I found amazing (I'm easily pleased) definitely will be going again.
