Well layer out store with everything signed so easy to find what you want but plenty of staff around to ask if you can't. Staff are always very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Always have a bit of a chat not just serve and send you on your way. The store is always immaculate and has a huge range of craft supplies of excellent quality. Good price ranges too and lots of crafts for all ages.

Good store, plenty of stock across two floors. Everything is generally arranged into an area of interest i.e. Art in one area, Haberdashery in another. Access is fairly easy, there's a lot of parking around the store and in the wider shopping park also. Staff are friendly and helpful, it can get busy at times however this seems to be well managed by the staff.

Good range of Hobbies covered. Good for crafting, needlework, knitting, painting (oil, acrylic and watercolours), papercraft, modelling etc. Everything in one place, plenty of parking. Only marked down slightly because it's a bit pricey. Good place to wander around to see what's available.

A great day visit to the retail park where hobby craft is located. The store has a very good range of product in stock and has the odd bargain knocking about.
The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
When we visited we didn’t have to wait very long to be served and you can collect points if you remember your hobby craft card!

Pretty much everything you need to get making stuff from material, wool, beads, jams making, to model making with everything in between. It actually amazes me just how many different things they have.
The shop is pretty big and over 2 floors.
