A very lovely SHARON at HOBBS, Windsor has taken away so much stress with her professionalism & patience. I, Mother of the Groom. was totally out of my comfort zone. The outfit needed to be on point. Sharon suggested colours & styles I had not thought of, and the accessories, and going to the stock room to retrieve correct sizes.

Thank you so much to Luigina for her wonderful customer service yesterday in Hobbs. She was absolutely amazing at helping me match a dress with a pair of shoes for a wedding. I had entered the shop totally disheartened having just tried on about 50 dresses and she was so helpful and went above and beyond to find a dress in the right size. Thank you so much. I love the dress and can't wait to wear it.

I visited this store to get my partner something, but sadly it was out of stock in her size. The young lady serving me went above and beyond in my opinion to locate one in another store. Excellent customer service that I wish all shops could adopt, especially at this busy time of the year. Well done Hobbs Windsor

Online stock advised both dress and shoes were available in store, but that was incorrect and neither the dress in the correct size, nor the shoes were. That said, the two associates working could not have been more disinterested in helping having walked past us half a dozen times. So, the store loses at £300 sale and we buy both online for home delivery. And we wonder why high street retail is disappearing? No surprise here with Hobbs, it’s all down to dreadful service and colleagues who couldn’t care less about their customers or their store sales.
