Recently bought a Vauxhall Mokka SE from Hitchin Motor Sales. Great communication and service. I have done 800 miles since the purchase and the car has been great. They could not find the spare key and said they would post it to me and sure enough they did. Very friendly and i would recommend them.

Me and my partner purchased a Nissan leaf from hitchin motor sales. About two months ago.
Car was in excellent condition when we went to view, had a test drive and we wanted it straight away.
It was fully MOT ed and serviced ready to drive away.
A few weeks down the line we did have a problem with the handbrake not releasing properly. We didn't know it was the handbrake at this time. The rear wheel on driver's side wasn't releasing properly.
I phoned the guys to report the issue, they had the car back in less than 24 hours, had the rear brakes cleaned. To see if this would help. A few weeks later the problem returned, again they looked at it within a few days. Which is when they diagnosed the handbrake issue.
It couldn't be rectified there and then.
It needed to go to a garage. I offered to use my own garage that I have known for years.
Had the handbrake adjusted and problem was solved. They transfered the money it cost me straight back into my account.
Overall these guys are extremely friendly.
They helped me out perfectly. They are professional and nice to deal with.
I would 100% recommend them for buying a car from. As the experience I've had with them was excellent.

bought a BMW 1 series from this man and was a nice and smooth part ex purchase. one month down the line i had multiple issues with the car and took it to the garage. turned out it had a few issues and i contacted the garage straight away.
he offered to cover 3/4 of the quote straight away. top bloke and you should not think twice about buying one of his cars

Came across these guys on auto trader.. not only car was well priced but fixed all minor issues, brought vehicle to us after repairs for part exchange. Never ever had I experienced service when someone does all the legwork and even your paperwork, helps you to change even car seat and teaches you to drive it😊👌Their customer service is next to none. Polite, helpful, patient and extremely empathetic to issues related to car change ( for lady) I was absolutely blown away as one received better service then from a bank. There was an issue with my money and I have overpaid the car / not only have they noticed the mistake but rang me and refunded it immediately. Totally Out of this world company !!! Credit where credit is due GUYS YOU ROCK AND ARE TOTAL ACES. Thank you for all your help from the bottom of our heart. Many blessings to you and to your business.

Luke was fantastic. Buying the car was such an easy process, and they kindly delivered the car to me with no hassle. The car is exactly as described, and drives smoothly with no issues. Sent a message asking details of a particular vehicle for sale and also offering my current car as px.
Sent images of my car etc across to which there were responses and then over 2 weeks I didn't hear anything back even after I sent several messages.

Don't know why you would write open to px etc but then ignore a potential customer for weeks leave them hanging.

Anyway managed to buy a vehicle at the end from a different vendor.
