I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. There was a slight glitch with my order, but the way that Russ and John handled things was absolutely fantastic. They more than put things right, and in a very timely manner so that I have exactly the right kit for a fairly big upcoming trip.

The rewards scheme for customers is genuinely useful, and is a meaningful and practical reward for customer loyalty.

This is a small family business that deserves to be supported and that provides fantastic customer service at genuinely competitive prices too. This is a rare combination these days.

I had never bought from this company before, but their communication was excellent from start to finish. Before ordering, I checked to make sure the product was in stock, since not all websites update this accurately, and I received a quick response confirming availability.

Probably my best purchase this Christmas. The price was the best I could find, I had a few questions which were answered so quickly and were so helpful.
I opted for gifted wrapped, which arrived looking perfect and Christmassy, included was a handwritten note with a packet of sweets. The most pleasant experience I could have asked for, I will be purchasing something for myself next time and have already referred to friends! I'm not usually one to leave reviews but felt I had to make an exception for Hit The Trail. Not only were they the cheapest place for what I wanted (beating all the big names and literally every other online shop I could find), the reward scheme essentially gives me 10% of my order back for my next shop making the cheap prices even cheaper! First class, friendly and efficient service all round too (and the note & Haribo were very much appreciated :)) Thanks very much and I will definitely be back in the future.
