Just been spoken to very rudely by the head female pharmacist at this place - she has no right to make judgemental rude comments but feels entitled and privileged- shame on her

Absolutely the best pharmacy about,the girls never stop working ,wonderful, friendly ladies ,they deserve praise ,people who moan over nothing should try working in Pharmacy for a day and see just how much they have to do,it's not just picking a box off a shelf

First & probably last time I'll go here. Last resort as regular chemist was out of stock. The prescription is one bottle made up & one you make up at home when the first runs out as it has an expiry date once mixed . Woman on counter didn't say hi, how can I help just looked at us. I asked if they had it in stock as 2 other pharmacies I'd tried had run out. Then she went off & never returned to inform me if 1. The medicine was in & 2. If he/ she was doing it or how long. After a 20 minute wait an abrupt older guy emerged & had made both bottles up & was rude. It wasn't even that busy. I overheard 2 other customers complaining whilst I was waiting. Its almost like the think theyre superior. Can understand why they have bad reviews. The layout of the shop is impractical also- It's almost as bad as my usual pharm.

Rude staff. I was met by a staff member who couldn't seem to be able to understand why I couldn't arrange my disabled sons medication to be ordered at the same time therefore were not willing to deliver on different days , which is out of my control as I clearly dont prescribe the medication. Not sure how they got a job at a pharmacy, as they are certainly not suited for a customer facing role and need retraining. No compassion what so ever with disabled people. Absolute disgrace of a pharmacist.
When I asked to complain I was placed through to a colleague who said he didn't see the problem rather then passing me through to someone actually capable of dealing with the situation.

Made it seem like it was an effort to sort my sons prescription out when it is in fact their job.

Avoid at all costs will not be using again.
