I can't recommend Hindley Key & Trophy Centre highly enough!

You can really tell the quality of a business by how they handle problems, and they went above and beyond for me.

There was an issue with a lock I had purchased, which was entirely down to the manufacturer and not their fault at all.

However, they took full responsibility for sorting it out and had everything fixed within a day.

Throughout the entire process, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

It's so refreshing to find a local business with such dedication to customer service.

I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone in need of locks, keys or locksmith services.

Very friendly local small shop. And cheap.
Asked for an engraving and it was done with no problems.
Asked for a spare key and took a minute and worked straight away not like the one from Timpson near Tesco.

Great service. Thought I had a problem with a new key . Phoned and the owner turned up at my house without question to sort the problem out within minutes.
I stress the problem caused wasn't the key it was the lock.
Happy ending and will never look anywhere else for lock services.
