First of all the opening times on Google are wrong. Instead of closing at 5pm as Google says the sign in the store actually says 4.45 but this is also a fiction as they stop accepting parcels after some random time so, even if you have paid for it, they won’t accept it and send you away. Don’t know why because there was a huge cage of parcels right by the counter but mine was not accepted. I see they have an average of 2 stars for which they should be ashamed but actually it should be lower. If the guy is sitting there why not do the job an accept the parcel that is paid for. Easier just to site there, right?

If I could give no stars I would.

I had the displeasure of using this post office today, due to an appt nearby, and I never will again. I'm very pleased they are not my local post office, the Post master was unfriendly from the start and very rude and unpleasant when I simply asked for a little clarification on the difference between two services. Why people work in customer facing roles when the clearly hate dealing with people I just don't understand.

I've never been let down by them before so maybe I am lucky. The last dozen times in 2 years I have visited I have not experienced any issues. The postmaster that everyone else seems to get upset by, I think he is fine - not the most cheerful person alive but rather quite straight faced and sometimes quite helpful.

Just awful, the post master is so rude, angry and intimidating for absolutely no reason.Treat people how they treat you please. Honestly the worst service. To add to this the hours are completely unreliable and Adhoc. It really is a waste of time someone needs to do something about this!

I’m not the sort of person who writes regular reviews - but this problem with irregular hours at this Post Office is still ongoing, and really needs addressing. Yet again I turn up to find it is closed. Turns out that although the Post Office is advertised as being open until 5pm, I turned up at 4.45 today ( and I wasn’t the only person there) to be told that the Post Office master takes if upon himself/herself to pop off home at 4.40pm. Every single day! Please - either provide the service you’re being paid to provide, or alter the online hours so that we customers aren’t continually inconvenienced.
