Rooms are in desperate need of a makeover. Mold on the curtains. Door lock not secure. Plenty of marks on the walls. Carpet torn. Not to Hilton’s standards. Last time I was in an executive room. Much better, newer and more modern. Hotel is in a good location, safe parking, hotel is near the docks, pubs and restaurants. However I’ll be looking to stay elsewhere next visit due to poor condition of the tired rooms.

Room 501 |Booked this hotel as a surprise for my husband for his birthday. ||We have previously stayed here & had no previous concerns however the recent reviews had me dubious of what to expect. ||From check-in to check-out we couldn’t say a bad word. Upon check-in we had been upgraded with breakfast and executive lounge added at no extra fee. I did not manage to get the guys name who checked us in & out but your customer service is outstanding.||When entering our room we were surprised with a card & drink vouchers for my husbands birthday. The room was clean & tidy however some areas could do with being refreshed nevertheless clean. ||Executive lounge isn’t nothing to rave about, but clean tidy and good selection of cold drinks and coffee/tea station lovely & warm.||The breakfast was nice hot & fresh good selection including GF! ||All in all good day would definitely return - thankyou!

For a 4 star hotel which cost just over £450 for 2 night, I expected a lot better.
The rooms are a good size but very tired and dated. They definitely needed a deep clean, the chair in our room was old and very marked up with stains and could have done with a good hoover, just like the edging on the carpet.
The shower was freezing cold, we did ring down to reception and they offered for us to change rooms but we were meeting friends and had a dinner reservation.
There was a big water leak in the corridor outside our room, the hotel staff dealt with it quickly but we were then left with big industrial blowers outside our room.

Over all the only good thing about the hotel was the location but there seems to be a lot more hotels in the vicinity.

The location is the best, every thing is nearby and in walking distance. The rooms quality is good. I stayed in corner suite the view toward the park and the shopping center which was nice at Christmas time.
There is plenty of car parking (Q-park) around the hotel, which you can pay in advance.
The staff was so helpful and they do their best to solve any issue I faced.

The hotel’s exterior and reception area look great and give a solid first impression, but my experience in Room 714 was disappointing. The biggest issue was the bathroom – the bath tap was broken, initially making me think there was no hot water. After calling reception, a maintenance person came (wearing noticeably dirty clothes) and wrongly concluded that the taps had been swapped. In reality, the thermostatic tap was simply broken, giving either very hot water or very cold.

The sink tap was also so loose that I had to hold it with one hand to use it. Additionally, the bedside light bulb was out, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. For a Hilton, I expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.

Hope the hotel addresses these issues, as the location and first impression were promising.

Perfect location, right next to Liverpool One, 20 minute walk to either the ferry port or train station.

Room: No faults, incredibly comfy bed, immaculate, good wifi, nice temperature. SHOUTOUT to the housekeeping, amazing work.

Reception: Interacted with a brunette woman with glasses, was incredibly polite, had an early check in available and helped resolved an issue immediately. Also interacted with a man (stubble, dark hair) who was accommodating, helpful. Every staff member I interacted with was incredible, truly no faults with them, big shoutout to them all, they’re a credit to the Hilton team.

Was also reasonably priced!

Was my first time staying at the Hilton, you’ve definitely gained a returning customer. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Just got back from a stay at the Hilton in Liverpool One, had gone to celebrate my birthday and the staff could not have done more to make my stay amazing, upon check in I was given chocolates and drinks vouchers as a gift for my birthday, as well as a room upgrade and access to the executive lounge as well!! Both Jonny and Raymond on the reception could not have done enough and straight away set such a high standard for the hotel! The room had a lovely view of the park and location of the hotel is spot on, would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night and got an upgrade to an executive room. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfy, it could have been a bit cleaner though.
The bar is ok, the staff were professional and friendly throughout. Breakfast is really good it's buffet style and there is a lot of choice, in particular the sausage and the eggs were great. The mushrooms were not so good, but you can't have everything. Prime location on the waterfront. Biggest let down is a lack of parking only has about 10 spaces and £25 a day extra.
