Terrible garage terrible service try’s to rip you off, you failed my misses mot on a Volvo because of dpf simple job to sort out said you won’t touch the car because in your words it’s been modified and needs to go back to Volvo put loads of advisors on the mot as well, tuck it to the next garage passed with flying colours and said non of the advisors you put on it where needed at all just wanted a fast one over a woman, if you want me to post evidence I will as your saying it’s fiction, your a shocking firm

Took my car in for diagnosis today as the engine management light has been on and off for a couple of weeks now, it's the first time I have taken a vehicle to Highfield Garage and I have to say that I'm very impressed with the service I received. The thoroughness and professionalism is the best I've ever seen and I was regularly updated with what was happening. I received the diagnosis and informed of what needed to be done. The guys at this Garage take pride in what they do and it shows. I'm happy to say that my car has been booked in for the work that needs doing and Highfield Garage have definitely gained a new customer. ?
