I've been waiting for more than 5 weeks for my supplements to arrive. During this time I called Higher Nature's customer service team for an update and they assured me that they had re-sent the supplements. I phoned up again today to ask what's going on and the customer service representative said they had been "re-sent", but then immediately followed that up with "I'll re-send them again" - making me believe they weren't re-sent in the first place. Who knows whether I'll actually receive them or not. I'm not holding my breath. If I don't, I will ask for a refund.

Despite failing to deliver the supplements on time, Higher Nature refused to offer any type of compensation. I'm not unreasonable and I wasn't expecting a hamper of supplements for free or anything like that. But it would have been respectable if they offered something (even if it was a 1% discount voucher) to show their customers that they even slightly care about them.

I had a cold and flu during this period and would have benefitted from having the supplements I ordered (if they arrived on time). Terrible service. Terrible customer service. I'll never be ordering from Higher Nature again. If you're reading this review, I recommend shopping at another company that will actually deliver your supplements on time.

Very impressed with the product and service. Been using them for a few months and will happily repeat my order in future months. One of the very few providers of quality higher strength vitamin d3 in oil capsule form!!!

Shhh! A real hidden gem! This wonderful permaculture farm & Yurt campsite offers the warmest of welcomes from its fabulous hosts, a husband & wife team. Located within walking distance of two stunning beaches. This retreat covers all your creature comforts from well designed and equipped Yurts, to pleasant communal areas. Zero light pollution means at night the stars literally light up the sky. Will I be coming back? Hell yeah ...see you all very soon!
