I have just recently had my tattoo completed by Laura and I am so happy with it, this was my second visit to Hidden Gem.

Laura makes you feel welcome from your initial consultation to the day of your appointment. Her artwork and designs are beautiful and fit into my existing piece completed by her. Laura is customer focussed and has a great sense of humour to fit.

The cleanliness of the studio is flawless and you feel so relaxed from the moment you sit in the chair. I recommend highly to anyone who wants their first tattoo or adding to an existing piece.

I had my first ever tattoo yesterday. Laura was amazing. I met with her twice before hand, once to discuss design and once for a skin test (I asked for as I have quite sensitive skin). I did not know what to expect but it was fine. Laura did an amazing job and all of my friends and family have commented on how detailed my 3 little elephants are. Thank you so much Laura! (I may well be back!)

I can't recommend Laura enough! She's so friendly, reassuring, and incredibly talented! The only problem I keep running into is that I repeatedly make it clear that I'm there for my last tattoo and somehow keep booking myself in for another, haha! I refuse to go anywhere else, because of the quality and impeccable line work

GRADE A Tattoo artist!!!!! Worked with me for almost 3 hours as we messed around with different design and ideas. I booked an appointment almost 3 months ago, and we agreed on a design. Well it didn't work out and he worked his magnificent artwork along with his honest opinion. I won't get Tattooed by anyone else in Massachusetts. My sister is now interested, and Ill be back soon.
