We are very happy with the service we received from HH Floor Care, who restored the wood floor throughout the ground floor of our home. Aurelijus was fantastic to deal with. His communication was always spot on and he was easy to get along with. He worked so hard and attentively to get the floors looking their best. The disruption was minimal and the phasing of the work carefully planned. The help with applying felt pads to our furniture and all the aftercare and advice was massively helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and it has been one of the best investments we have made in our home.

Aurelijus (HH Floor Care) has just finished a restoration job on my pine bathroom floor. The results are spectacular, and I have been delighted with the whole experience.

Description: The trader used reclaimed wood to repair and/or replace rotten floorboards in a period property (~80 square metres). He used 218 linear metres of timber, which could be treated for woodworm by another professional, thanks to his careful planning. The trader also prepared the floor for finishing, as though he were to carry it out himself.

I want to share my experience with Aurelijus from HH Floor Care, who did an outstanding job replacing the floorboards in my 3-bedroom Victorian house. From the moment he arrived, he bent over backwards to help me out. I had underestimated the amount of timber I needed (145 m vs. 218 m), but Aurelijus brought plenty of extra boards to make sure the job could be finished properly. Thanks to his efforts, the work was completed without any issues in 4 extra days.

Aurelijus worked hard throughout the entire process. He saved me at least a day of labor by staying focused and efficient. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly updating me through phone calls, text messages, and even pictures and videos on WhatsApp. I always knew exactly what was happening.

What really stood out to me was his "can do" attitude. He was always cheerful and had a smile on his face, which made him a pleasure to have around. His attention to detail and aesthetics was impressive – he did not just replace the floorboards, but he ensured they looked great, carefully avoiding those telltale patches that often make repairs so obvious.

There was also a tricky situation with the staircase where a step needed repair. It was difficult to access and secure, but Aurelijus came up with a solution that worked perfectly. He also handled an unexpected joist problem with great professionalism: he warned me about the issue and advised me to contact a builder, but he was more than willing to fix it himself if I could not find someone in time.

Aurelijus was very transparent from the start. His quote was clear and detailed, and he managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule, even traveling all the way from Cheshire to London with short notice. He even organized his work around a pre-scheduled woodworm treatment, ensuring there was no wasted time for either of us.

It is clear that Aurelijus is a self-made man with a strong work ethic. We had some great conversations and it transpired that he genuinely cares about doing his best for his clients. I am very pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend HH Floor Care to anyone in need of floor repairs or replacements in the UK.

We can, without hesitation, fully recommend HH Floor Care. We had several companies around to look at restoring our floor and having met Aurelijus we literally had all our questions answered. He showed up on time as arranged and carried out the job from beginning to end in the most expert way. Before giving a quote he tested an area to show us what the cleaned stone would look like to ensure we were happy. After cleaning the floor he made sure it was fully dry and ready for sealing - this is without a doubt where his attention to detail shone through - there were a few areas that were still a little damp so rather than just rush the job he came back a few days later to treat that area separately. ( I genuinely believe other companies would have just sealed it without it being ready) we had a quote off one company telling us it would be done and sealed in a day - HH floor care did it properly and it was approx 10 day process from beginning to end! (don't worry most of this was to allow the floor to fully dry before sealing). Some of the grout work needed repairing and again this was all dealt with - we literally didn't have to do a thing. Its not often in life you meet a professional that is so meticulous in their work and its been an absolute pleasure to meet Aurelijus and for him to carry out the work on our flooring.
