I don't quite know where to start because i cannot recommend Helena Fortley enough!!!!
Both Sally and Anna were warm, friendly, full of knowledge, funny and just absolutely fantastic! I arrived at the shop for my first time feeling very lost and stressed knowing that i didn't have much time on my side before the wedding to choose the dress. This was very quickly turned around with the amazing Sally giving me all the time in the world to chat about what i was looking for and then to try on many many dresses! Anna the seamstress is also just as fantastic and so talented, and as well as giving me the best experience to finding my perfect dress i thoroughly enjoyed going to the shop many times to see them both!
I had many alterations (about 6 or 7 in total) which goes to show how much they care about attention to detail, and making the dress perfect for each individual.

Not to mention, they have the most beautiful selection of dresses along with the most beautiful shop with the friendliest ladies. I am so glad i got my dress from here and will be recommending every bride to come here in the future! Thanks for giving me such a special experience xxx

I cannot thank the girls at Helena Fortley enough for giving me the bridal experience of dreams. I found my perfect dress (after trying on A LOT) and felt so supported by the team when narrowing down styles until I was ready to say 'yes to the dress'.

The whole process was so exciting and I was made to feel so special throughout. There was nothing that was too much trouble, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and chatty.

I felt incredible in my Enzoani dress on my wedding day and received so many compliments about the train and veil!

The most amazing bridal experience I could ask for. This was the first place I tried on a fabulous selection of Enzoani gowns on a whim as it was close by on my own. The second dress I tried was my dream dress. I then tried several London boutiques which either didn't have anything in my size/style etc and all I could think about was the beautiful Enzoani Phoebe gown. I soon booked in and visited with my mum and Sally got me booked in. Tears all round. The team are so accommodating, have a great range of dresses and cater to all price points. Anna works magic with the tailoring and the dress for like a dream. I felt like a princess on the day of my wedding. Thank you SO much Sally and Anna for making my dress dreams a reality ?

I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing ladies at Helena Fortley! ❤️ Without doubt this is the best bridal shop a girl could dream of! Sally and the team genuinely care for every bride that walks through the door; nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel comfortable and at ease! I visited the store three times with my mum and sister before deciding on my final dress (which would be unheard of in other stores!). Both Jo and Sally were helpful and supportive in making sure I was happy with my choice, and were so lovely and welcoming to my mum and sister too!
