Was met with a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and attentive which made our evening more comfortable. The waffles and Cookie Dough were very impressive, not to mention the chocolate cake which tasted divine.
Their decadent range of desserts were very impressive to another level.
The interior setup was beautiful & the place looked super cute. The restaurant is spacious, definitely a perfect spot for meetings and events.
I would definitely visit again - it's a fantastic dessert and brunch place and great day out!

Our server, Dana, was exceptional—truly a standout in customer service. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful, all while maintaining a warm and pleasant demeanor. I went to this place for the first time, and I won’t be going back. I didn’t like it at all. We waited an hour for the food. I ordered tea and had to ask for sugar and a spoon myself. There were four of us, and they only gave us one spoon. After waiting an hour, the food came in stages, and it was cold and undercooked. The staff was very slow and inattentive, and there were only 4-5 tables occupied, so it wasn’t busy. With the prices they have, it’s not worth eating there. Who eats raw mushrooms? Disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

Dana was amazing ! Our latte’s came out so quickly as we decided what to go for. We then tried the Feta and Olive Flatbread and it was incredible ! My mother and I really enjoyed it. Her customer service is wonderful and she is so polite and attentive ensuring everything is quick and elegant. Thank you Dana we will be back very soon!

Excellent cafe bar on Hounslow High Street . Staff if extremely polite, and efficient. Perfect for meeting friends, as well as catering for children. For more than 2 months I am coming for a brunch and waffles, and never had an issue with stuff or food quality

I ordered a vanilla milk cake a passion fruit mojito and a cookie jar sundae the desserts and drink were presented really well . I was served by Shivani . She was really quick and efficient with the service . She even helped us with the offers and she communicated in a nice kind way. Really appreciated the service.

Our waiter Shad readily gave us water when we were parched. He gave us good recommendations, he pretended not to know the menu to make us laugh, I hope. He’s got good heart but he’s got a long way to go.
